Process:
1. Slurry Preparation: This is the tank underground. In this water and fly ash is mixed with each other with required density.
2. Batching: In this process all the raw material is mixed with each other in mixer with required ratios of raw material. 
3. Precuring: This is the process where the actual reaction happens between lime and aluminium powder. The size of the cake gets doubled in this process. After this process cake is ready for further process that is cutting.
4. Cutting: In this process there are two machines that are Horizontal cutting machine and verticle cutting machine.The cake transfered to first horizontal cutting machine where is gets cut with the required size then it passed to the verticle cutting machine where it gets cut vertically. 
5. Main Curing: After cutting the block is placed into Autoclave where it gets cured with the help of the steam from boiler.
6. Dispatch: After 8 hours of curing in autoclave, the blocks are taken out of the autoclave. Now the blocks are ready to dispatch.
